Overview
The client company faced a significant challenge: increasing adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot a critical phase of scaling up the tool, from approximately 300 users to over 1,000. This increase required a strategic approach to ensure that all new users could easily access training content and effectively use Copilot daily work.
The challenge was twofold: to ensure that new users were properly trained and engaged, while at the same time maintaining a high level of engagement existing users and avoiding the typical drop in interest after the first few weeks of the rollout.
To achieve this goal, CopilotGo—Digital Attitude’s SaaS platform natively integrated into Microsoft Teams—was implemented. It is designed to facilitate access to training content in a simple, immediate, and effective way.
CopilotGo guides users through a continuous learning journey, combining contextual tips, personalized micro-learning, gamification, and community interactions to make AI a daily habit and generate measurable value.

Solution
A continuous adoption process has been designed, starting with a Use Case Mapping Survey to identify people’s needs and interests and create personalized learning experiences. Based on these findings, CopilotGo provides Contextual Tips & Tricks and targeted micro-learning: brief, practical suggestions that can be immediately applied in daily work.
The platform is enhanced with engagement features: Prompt of Fame, a dynamic, gamified library that collects and rewards the best prompts shared by users with badges, mentions, and leaderboards; Copilot , micro-interactions in Microsoft Teams designed to capture attention and facilitate immediate learning; and AI Corner, peer-to-peer thematic communities integrated into Teams where people exchange ideas, share prompts, and discuss use cases.
Results
Beyond the numbers, the project has brought about a significant cultural shift: people have begun to use AI as a conversational agent rather than a search engine, developing a realistic understanding of what AI can and cannot do.
An active, self-sustaining community of practice has emerged that continues to generate new prompts and use cases, and the adoption framework that has been implemented can now be replicated for other technologies and change management projects.
