“If I were asked to describe the essence of Digital Attitude in one word, I wouldn’t hesitate; I’d choose one of our values: ‘care.’”

Caring for people. For their well-being, their growth, and their balance between professional ambition and personal fulfillment.

Our commitment to our stakeholders: colleagues, customers, partners, and the community. We don’t view them merely as business partners, but as companions on a shared journey.

The Path to Change. 2025 was a year marked by a significant acceleration in the adoption of artificial intelligence and organizational transformation. Against this backdrop, we have chosen to guide people and organizations toward mindful innovation—innovation that is not only technologically advanced but also socially sustainable.

Being a Benefit Corporation means integrating a commitment to people, communities, and the environment into the company’s strategy. It means measuring performance, improving, making concrete commitments, and reporting on them transparently. “
