By popular demand, we’re excited to share a new feature of hi! with you. Imagine you receive a Tip or a Nudge and want to read it at your leisure, but you just don’t have time right then… What can you do? Thanks to the new Journal, you can review all the interactions hi has sent you in the past at any time!
How does it work?
In the hi dashboard, in the upper-right corner, you'll find a fourth button. When you click it, you'll be able to access all the Tips and Nudges you've received, in the exact order in which hi sent them to you.
You can also search for specific content using the dedicated search bar, or go back to a message you received on a specific day using the calendar search.
But do I have to do anything?
The new Interaction Log will be available starting March 1, 2022. We value your time, so there’s no effort required on your part: it will update automatically, without the need for additional deployments or new installations.
