Nudgetech: A Definition
"Nudgetech" refers to a form of choice architecture, supported by artificial intelligence, whose purpose is to encourage behaviors (without compromising individual freedom) that have a positive impact on individuals, the team, and the organization as a whole.
Nudgetech combines the principles of behavioral economics with the personalization capabilities offered by artificial intelligence. A “nudge” is by no means a reminder or a notification, as it lacks the scientific rigor and behavioral science approach that are inherent in nudgetech technologies. In fact, these technologies create a true user journey , driving effective and sustainable behavioral change.
